Job Description 

  • To communicate with operation department concerns each on hand customer's account.
  • To prepare and submit cost & freight quotations to customer when receiving requirement. 
  • To print out the quotation, to circulate it, to share with concern department and fill hard copy into folder.
  • To visit and issue visitation report of brand new or existing customer when receiving new requirement.
  • To participate sales weekly meeting, report last week activity, update this week action and future development.
  • To keep filling of weekly meeting minutes.
  • To update customer information, sales result and activity data in sales monthly report. 
  • To prepare a manpower of Sales department.
  • To comply with laws and company regulations while maintaining the highest ethical standards. 
  • To issue monthly report of sales department.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field but logistics would be advantage.
  • Experience in sales and key account management at least 2 years. 
  • Experience in Logistics and Warehouse is a must.
  • Good command in English and presentation skill.
  • Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking.
  • Good attitude, service-minded, multi-tasking ability, active energetic, well-disciplined, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible working.
  • Driver license.
  • Entertainment skills.
